All original content, features, designs, and functionality are the exclusive property of Enii Living. 

 

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks cannot be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

2. Prices

•⁠  ⁠Prices may be revised at any time before an order is accepted.

•⁠  ⁠Taxes and shipping charges are applied based on the shipping destination.

•⁠  ⁠Prices may change post-order due to external factors such as customs variations, shipping cost increases, foreign exchange fluctuations, or government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

•⁠  ⁠All standard products require full prepayment via UPI, bank transfer, or cash deposit.

•⁠  ⁠Custom Orders:

  - 40% Advance – Required before design or production begins.

  - 30% Midway – A progress report will be provided before payment is requested.

  - 30% Final Payment – Due before dispatch.

4. Order Cancellation

Enii Living reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

 

Cancellation Policy:

•⁠  ⁠Orders can be canceled within 5 working days of placement, with a 40% refund of any amount paid.

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations beyond 5 days will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return & Exchange

•⁠  ⁠No returns unless the product is defective and reported within 2 working days of receipt.

•⁠  ⁠Exchange is possible for products of equal value subject to availability, not applicable to custom projects.

•⁠  ⁠Custom works & commissions have a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy, unless otherwise decided by Enii Living.

6. Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

•⁠  ⁠Enii Living products are handmade, and minor variations may occur due to human craftsmanship.

•⁠  ⁠Lead times depend on the social conditions of our artisan communities.

•⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to update product information and correct any errors or omissions at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Enii Living is not liable for:

•⁠  ⁠Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

•⁠  ⁠Unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of customer data.

•⁠  ⁠Issues related to third-party services (e.g., shipping and payment processing).

•⁠  ⁠Delays or failures due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, government actions).

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product or service.

8. Design & Creativity

•⁠  ⁠Enii Living retains full creative rights over all designs, including custom commissions.

•⁠  ⁠Design modifications are allowed up to two times; additional changes will incur extra charges.

•⁠  ⁠As all products are handcrafted, no two designs will be identical.

•⁠  ⁠Enii Living will not create designs that replicate third-party intellectual property.

9. Delivery

•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges apply to both domestic and international orders.

•⁠  ⁠Inventory orders will be dispatched within 18 working days.

•⁠  ⁠Custom orders require 60-80 days for production.

•⁠  ⁠Enii Living reserves the right to adjust lead times based on unforeseen circumstances.
